The Coats for Kids Program in Napa

Napa's Coats for Kids is a local organization that was started in 2003 by local Police Officer Ray Urbano and his wife Deedee. The program began as a local mission outreach through First Baptist Church of Napa, Napa Police Department, and has since been joined in this venture by the Napa Elks Lodge #832.

We started with distributing a number of donated coats and have grown to distributing new coats to over 600 recipients last year. Coats for Kids would like to continue its growth in an attempt to serve many of the less fortunate children in the Napa Valley.

We are a non-profit organization that is staffed by volunteers. All monies and donations go to support the program and are tax deductible. (Tax ID #94-1714580)

Coats for Kids is asking for community support by attending our events. We are also asking for donations of items for our silent auction.

For event tickets, to donate auction items, or more information, please contact First Baptist Church at 707-226-1812 or Ray Urbano at 707-312-1132.
